Chevron College advise that learners carry out the following due diligences prior to purchasing a training programme:

A payment plan can only be availed of by providing credit or debit card details to be automatically debited at an agreed date every month for the duration of the plan. Please note, should a payment fail to be taken, the payment system will keep attempting to take the payment each working day until a payment is taken. A delayed payment does not impact the dates of the subsequent instalments. The card details debited may be changed at any time during the payment plan by contacting the accounts department.

Course Transfers
Learners are permitted to transfer to another QQI course offered by Chevron College, should they satisfy the enrolment requirements for the course.
If a learner requests to be transferred to an alternative course within two months of initial enrolment, no charge will be incurred. However, should a learner submit a transfer request outside of this two month period an administration charge, equal to 20%, of the total course fee will be incurred.
Course Extensions
Learners can purchase an 1 year extension for a major award for €295. A 3 month extension for a minor award is €99.
